C3 Exchange is our commitment to sharing our practice and learning from others - to create a more connected and impactful youth theatre sector. We do this by:
Publishing Blueprints of our plays and process.
Bringing people together to talk about the big issues that matter to us all.
“The most informative and invigorating training I’ve ever participated in. An absolute joy.”

Upcoming Workshops
As part of C3 Festivals in April 2025, we’re running a series of workshops for artists, directors, youth workers, teachers and more. Learn more about what we do and leave with practical tools for your own work.
Any questions, please get in touch with Gabi at gabi@companythree.co.uk
Company Three have been working in primary and secondary schools in the local area for over a decade.
In this online workshop, our Artistic Director Nuna Sandy will share best practices for building relationships with schools and ideas around programme offers exploring one off workshops, short projects and long term offers we call deep dives.
In this training course, we’ll share our approach and crucially explore how co-creation looks different with different ages and at different levels.
We want everyone to be able to come to our workshops. If you are unable to afford the full fee or experience barriers in accessing the theatre industry, please email Gabi (gabi@companythree.co.uk) to request a subsidised place.

#BlackIs Films and Affinity Groups Blueprint.
Affinity Groups are spaces for our young people to talk and creatively explore parts of their identity with other members and artists who share their identity.
Learn how you would set up your own affinity group with our Blueprints.

Blueprints
“A profound experience for my students … the most thought-provoking and moving play they’d ever experienced.”
We share our work through Blueprints - open-source devising guides and script templates - so that other groups of young people can make their own versions of our plays and projects.
Brainstorm.
Inside every adolescent brain, 86 billion neurons connect and collide to produce the most frustrating, chaotic and exhilarating changes that will ever happen to us.
Brainstorm is a unique theatrical investigation into how teenagers' brains work, and why they're designed by evolution to be the way they are.
The Coronavirus Time Capsule.
The Coronavirus Time Capsule captured a unique moment in history - the arrival of Covid-19 and the subsequent lockdowns.
Across the world, more than 3,000 teenagers used weekly exercises in our unique blueprint, instruction videos and other resources to help them explore life in lockdown.
When This Is Over
A group of teenagers, their lives shaped by billions of seemingly random events going back to before they were born, come together to share stories about their past, their present, and what might lie ahead.
A uniquely personal, theatrical celebration of hope, possibility and imagination.
