20 - 23 July 2017, The Yard Theatre
It’s like they want to keep us imprisoned.
Because they’re scared of what we’re capable of.
They don’t know what we’re capable of.
I don’t know what I’m capable of.
A group of teenagers, fresh from the stress of their GCSE exams, step out of the narrow confines of our education system and into their first summer of freedom.
This new play is a personal insight into what it feels like to be at school in 2016. It is a celebration of what it means to live in the present and to dream of a different future.
Really enjoyed #TheFutureC3 by @company_three tonight. Joyful teenage anarchy & a reminder of all the boring rules we set for young ppl.
