Our new team members

The Company Three team (left to right): Gavin Joseph (Associate Artist), Katie Burse (Executive Director - maternity cover), Kami Gakuru (Admin and Office Co-ordinator), Ned Glasier (Artistic Director), Angie Peña Arenas (Project Manager), Nuna Sandy (Associate Artistic Director), Amber Ruby (Associate Artist), Gabi Spiro (Producer, Exchange and Relationships).

We’re delighted to welcome Gabi Spiro and Kami Gakuru to the Company Three team.

Gabi is our new Producer (Exchange and Relationships), leading our external relationships, training and exchange programme. Gabi loves co-creation and socially-engaged work and joins us from Boundless Theatre and Camden People’s Theatre.

Kami has co-ordinated and written for indie film companies, including Islington company Fully Focused, and is excited to move into theatre for the first time. She joins us as our Admin and Office Co-ordinator - ensuring everything runs smoothly in our busy office and Den.

Creating and recruiting for these two new roles are a crucial step in our new business plan, supported by our NPO funding from the Arts Council, helping create a sustainable staff structure to support our expanding programme.
