Meet C3.

Company Three exists to make space for teenagers to tell their own stories and make their own change. We think young people do this best when they’re working with people who share their backgrounds, cultures and experiences.

Meet C3 is a series of call-outs to help us meet artists who share the same backgrounds as our members. We define artists as anyone, in any role, who help us create a play.

These call-outs are designed to increase our awareness of people in the industry who we might collaborate with in the future, rather than to fill specific roles that we advertise on our jobs page. Meet C3 is designed to be an exchange - a chance for artists to learn more about us at the same time we learn about their work.

At the moment the members of Company Three self-define as African Caribbean, Algerian, Arabic, Bajan, Bangladeshi, Black, Black African, Black Arab, Black British, Black Caribbean, British, Caribbean, Chinese, Congolese British, Dominican, English, Filipino, Gambian, Greek, Hispanic, Irish, Jamaican, Lithuanian, Mixed Asian, Mixed Jewish, Mixed Race, Spanish, Sudanese, Turkish, Turkish British, White*, White Asian, White British*, White Eastern European and White European.

*In the last few years, a disproportionate number of production staff we have worked with identify as white or white British. For this reason we would like to connect with artists who share the other backgrounds mentioned above.

At the moment we are planning future Meet C3 call outs, which we will advertise on social media and this website. Please check back again soon.
