Trustees.
We’re looking for three passionate and collaborative trustees to join our board, helping deliver the long term strategy and oversight of Company Three.
Company Three makes transformative plays by bringing teenagers and adult artists together in a unique co-creation process. We want to bring this practice into our strategic decision-making, using co-creation to help our board become more accessible, democratic and collaborative. We are recruiting three new trustees to help us do this. We’re looking for people who are passionate about young people and interested in making organisations more equitable and representative.

Chair of the Board of Trustees.
We’re looking for a fearless Chair (or co-Chairs) to lead our board and help deliver Company Three’s strategic vision.
Company Three is at the start of an exciting new era. We have a new executive team, we’re NPO funded, and we’re working with a record number of young people: 2025 is shaping up to be our biggest year yet.
We’re seeking a strategic and inspiring leader (or leaders) to take on the role of Chair of our Board of Trustees and help us deliver our vision. The Chair will lead our board and governance strategy, line manage our Co-CEOs and be an passionate advocate for our work.
We are open to joint applications, or for one individual to take up the post.
