Executive Director
4 days per week | Permanent Role | £39,552 per annum (actual salary, not FTE)
We’re looking for an Executive Director to work with our Artistic Director/CEO to lead Company Three, one of the UK’s leading theatre companies working with young people. You do not have to have done this before. We’re looking for someone with enthusiasm, leadership and tenacity, a commitment to young people and the ability to step into this challenging, exciting role at the heart of C3’s programme.
Working alongside the Artistic Director/CEO, the Executive Director is responsible for the strategic development, management and efficient running of Company Three. The Executive Director has particular responsibility for the business operations of the company, its financial viability, external relationships and governance. They are an executive producer for all our external facing work and led, with the Artistic Director/CEO, on safeguarding and our work around the Social GRACES.
